This is the first time in a long time that the employee was friendly. Ill start by saying since my moms stroke, I take care of the bill for her. A few months back, I called and told the young girl that I couldnt find the bill. She was rude when she asked me the 21 questions before allowing me.(password,pin#,favorite dogs name, ss#, ect.....) And im like here's the account number and the money. Why do i need to tell you all that? If I'm just trying to pay? Its not like im trying to charge snow boots for my chickens to someone else, I just want to pay my bill. She wouldn't tell me the amount, then proceeded to ask if i wanted to use the card on file? I asked, well idk, which card is that? SHE THEN WITHOUT HESITATION READ OFF THE CARD NUMBER????????. I kinda laughed and said yes that's the one.????u200d♀️???? She wouldn't give me the amount being charged, I had to wait to get that from my bank. ????????This time was much better. We made small talk, and laughed. I was even told to, "have a great afternoon ". And sadly that almost never happens. So, NHTC, I didn't get her name, but the lady with short blonde hair that was working yesterday ,.... Thank her, she deserves it.

Super customer service. We was hooked up in just a couple of days. The installation crew was great and we love the fiber optic. I don’t understand why anyone would use Spectrum, when they have a choice of fiber optic with NHTC!!

Wow! I am putting in a sprinkler system and my contractors cut our fiber optic line for internet. I called and what seemed like 10 min later, they were hear fixing it. 30 min later, I am back up and running. Did I say Wow !

Outstanding experience with NHTC. Customer service was outstanding and service technician got the system installed in a timely manner.

We are enormously satisfied with NHT CoOp. We have been customers since moving here in 2019 and cannot say enough good things about the incredible personal service we have received from NHTC. All of our phone calls are handled immediately by a trained employee and they do not stop assisting you until the problem is resolved and you (the customer) are satisfied. You are NEVER put on hold and you always speak to a person…Not A Robot. If you are looking for reliable and caring service subscribe to NHTC.

Internet worked great in Scottsboro. Hardly ever went out. Technicians come out in a timely manner

Very Friendly and helpful staff. The fact that every customer invests in the company's stock automatically when they pay their bill is AMAZING! It really shows appreciation and what their customers mean to them! The ONLY down side is when I forget to pay my bill & have to wait till they reopen to regain services even after the bill is paid. (not an actual complaint)
