Staff was super friendly. I think there were only two guys working, so it took quite a while to get food. Fries could have been fresher, but overall good BK food. Got the Impossible Whopper--Super good! My son has been begging to go to try a Jr. Whopper thanks to the new advertisement song. Happy kid!

Very inconsistent. The woman (or women not sure if it was same one each time ?)that has been there the last few times seems to know her stuff and produces quality food. However the men and young man they have working the last few times gah. One tried to argue with me about what I ordered lol...and luckily the lady was there to set him straight. Being short staffed is a struggle I get that. My advice is just slow down a tad bit make sure you get it right and then customers will be more understanding about the slowness. I'd rather have slower service and hot correct orders rather than slow posing as fast and frazzled and incorrect order lol.

I’ve came to this Burger King for many years and the service is always fine (they have obviously had staffing issues but they always do their best). Today I went by and there was a man named Paul working the drive through. He was extremely friendly and did an awesome job. He was outstanding. Thank you Paul!

This place is disgusting... Floors , tables and bathrooms are nasty. Food is good though. Service is SLOW. Also, fix your drink machine. You know that thing has been broken all year.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through with only two cars in line , unfortunately placed a mobile order so I had to wait definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone for “fast” food it’s definitely lacking speed , should definitely revisit training

The food here is always as expected, which I find fairly good excepting fries. The employees are pretty nice if there are enough of them. I always check the parking lot to see how many cars are parked as an estimate of her many employees are there. Believe it or not, I went through the drive through when they only had 1 employee on duty. That’s when I started checking the parking lot. Also check the drive through. If there’s more than one car ordering, find another place to eat. This place has a lot of potential but they need to find a solution to their staffing problem. Maybe more money would attract more staff.

Food was Great, service was awesome, the new GM is working really hard to turn it around. He is very nice and but he is staying on those people in there trying to get them to better and move the line. The food was fresh and hot when I got it. They are doing an Awesome Job. Will be back...

Great people and great food never have any issues here. the management there is amazing now that had some rough ones for awhile. Now it seems that got the stuff together for the most part now.
