I tried to come into this establishment tonight 01/13/2023 at 7:55 PM just to get a couple of things and they were closed? i was confused since the door sign said 10 PM…..

Unexpectedly closed the doors at 6pm today, 5/1/21. There were people still inside and I BEGGED the lady to let me in to run and grab a card really really quick (since I’m headed to a graduation party) but she wouldn’t do it. This is the only DG around, so if you’re gonna close it down early there better be a pretty dang good reason...

Dollar General is a good place for people to get odds and ins when you don't want the large crowds of places like Walmart. You can find them on just about every corner in rural areas. Usually the customer service is pretty good.

The customer service is awful. The manager , I think her name is Margarite? (A friend told me her name)
She refused to tell me her name herself, after asking 10 times because she was harassing me and throwing me out of the store for not wearing a mask (which is discrimination because of a medical exemption). She had her customers bully , harass , and threaten me as well. The fact that she refused to give me her name tells me she knows she was not doing the right thing. Very shady. Please address this immediately. I have pictures and video that I plan to release to social media of her despicable behavior. What a disgrace that woman is to customer service relations.

This reviews for the Mount Vernon Dollar General. Me being just recently moved out here I did a quick search on Google for a Dollar General. Which was 45 mins up the road 1 way. So I figured it was bout 15 to 8 plus they dont close til 10 . . . . Or so I thought. Upon getting to the store, parking and walking towards the door. I hear an associate yell and I Quote "GO AWAY GO NOW WE CLOSED AT 8". With no sign,warning nor forewarning i just went back to my car with the. Thoughts of that being very rude and as well why 8... Anywho I wont be going back plus will make sure Family,Friends,etc know how rude they are there.

I really appreciate this store. I can go in and rush out with what I was looking for. Friendly and helpful . This far have not had an unpleasant encounter there. Thank you, for all your extra effort.

We could not find anyone to help us find product's, the store was a mess only one cashier with a long line, cashier let ppl cut in line.
Only 2 shopping carts in store. We will never shop here again

Ok i went in and I saw boxes all over i had to shop picking it up out the boxes and the manager was so rude to me for nothing I never been there before not again tho
