This McDonald's doesn't have the same quality as others I've been to. Cold, sandwich seems like it's been sitting a while. Fries are limp and just not very good.

The people there were friendly enough, and I used the app/drive through so I don't know what the inside was like.

This is the worst McDonald's in this part if America, and evidently the franchise doesn't care enough to do anything about it. I am used to the ice cream machine being down everytime I go, but this morning at 7 a.m. the drink machine was as she put it at the drive thru, " down because the drinks are coming out like syrup". I chuckled and left because I only stopped here because I only wanted a soda so I figured, surly they could get that right, but I was wrong again! Something needs to be done!

This location has had issues in the past but are slowly but surely getting better help hired and doing a better job

I made an online purchase and pulled up to the drive-through, I tell her my ticket number After she asked If I was ready to place an order. I give her my ticket number and she doesn't even acknowledge me speaking For close to a minute and a half, Then finally tells me to pull to the 2nd window. I pull up there and the 1st thing she says Was "You know you're gonna have to wait 3 minutes for your chicken sandwich right?" I told her it was no problem. After she shuts the window I hear her say "well you ain't gonna be happy" Which at 1st I thought she was talking to an employee. So after close to 10 minutes, I started getting a little antsy and I was ready for my food Which was one crispy chicken sandwich A few salt packets, and a few ketchup packets. I get down the road a little way and grab my sandwich the bread was soggy because it was filled with grease From the fryer. I looked between the 2 pieces of bread at the chicken and it was dark Brown almost The color of chocolate This manager lady knowingly Gave me a chicken sandwich that she fried in burnt grease and I couldn't even eat it go to get my fries and have no ketchup or salt which was on my ticket order. All around a very unpleasant stop for food at 10 pm and a complete waste of money. Someone like her should never be in management.

Update. I went by this evening thinking why not I'll try to get my meal from last night replaced or at a minimum I'll be able to tell the manager from last night how unprofessional she was and she should've done better. Lo and behold She had the night off but I talked to a manager and told her what happened. She was the sweetest woman who treated me with respect, and patience and was very understanding. She replaced my order promptly and got it right. Last night's manager Would do a great bit of good learning from the one tonight because she was awesome.

THEY HAVE ICE CREAM
It's Amazing..... A McDonalds still in existence where the Ice Cream Machine Works. If the Ice Cream machine don't work don't order any food. Reward their competitor.

It's a newer McDonald's and I like the set up. Our food was good. You have to order your food on a kiosk. The lady that must be the manager is loud but polite.
The bathrooms are clean but the toilet paper was on the floor that's why it didn't get 5 stars from me

Employee blew snot out of his nose and wiped the rest of of his face with his hands. Went straight to the counter and took orders and handed out food and drinks and never washed his hands. When I told the manager she started making excuses and asked him to help them in the kitchen! She said there are sinks back there where he can wash his hands. Awful management and disgusting, unsanitary behavior. The store was a mess also. Trash all over the drink area and old tea. Fries where cold but the burger wasn't bad. The employee in question never touched food while I was in there, just bags and cups but he was about to when I was leaving. Eat at your own risk.

I was just going to order a whopper when a lady SPIT in my food and proceeded to THROW it at me.. ermm i'm never ordering from here again. AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK.
