Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. Got a kids meal and the box wasn’t full. Then the guy inside stated the box is weighed and that’s how many fries I was supposed to get (12). Then the so called store manager stated the same thing and I’m sure you weren’t supposed to weigh the box. It’s probably 3 ounces with the box. Choose better management and employees, how would you feel if it was you?

The price for what we had was far to high and chicken nuggets where cold after waiting, my sandwich was nothing special.

Management, please take control of what's leaving the kitchen to customers " Quality and Standards" and please price your food fairly!

I haven't gone to Zaxby's in Moody in over 2 years because of poor service and food quality. I decided to try them again and get two 6 piece orders of chicken fingers. There was so much wrong with my order it was ridiculous. I guess I'll have to wait another couple of years, or never, to go back again.

Customer service was good and the food was good. No problems at all.
