The supermarket is great. They have these Calypso cookies that are divine. I don't like that they never have sales on meat products. Some might think that their prices are a little high, and they'd be correct. The produce department is always on point. Everything is well stocked and I personally have never have anything go bad from there. I would have given 5 stars but I did have an issue with the deli department once that did not leave a great impression on me.

Everything is excellent. My only issue is that sometimes it seems like if you tell some employees to have a blessed day, they don't seem to want to respond. ????
Other than that????

There was no smelly meat odor. The store was clean and the associates were nice. I did self checkout, and it was easy and smooth to check myself out.

Wonderful customer service at the Publix on Taylor today. After grocery shopping we discovered that our car’s battery was dead. A big thanks to Ian, the manager, who took the time to help us resolve the problem! Always the best customer service at our friendly neighborhood Publix.

The only publix that hasn't had cookies for the kids the past two visits and the only one that refuses to open a pack of cookies for the kids. So pretty much the kids get super disappointed and shopping becomes much more difficult. Better not to offer kids cookies at all if you don't intend to give kids cookies. Thought it was public policy as this is literally the only publix with this problem and I've been shopping at publix since I was a kid

Today is the 4th HORRIBLE experience I've had at the deli attempting to order a sandwich. The 1st experience the associate made 3 online orders while I stood there and waited. The next day I placed an online order since he seemed like he couldn't service me. My sandwich was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. I went an hour after ordering and stood in line for over 20 minutes with tons of complaining customers. The sandwich wasn't ready. The next experience the clerk was rude and slow. Today I didn't get a confirmation for my online order, so I decided to go in and place an order and cancel the other if needed. Honestly I just didn't think they would make it. I stood in line over 15 minutes for the associate to go on break with a very long line of people in front of her. I asked the front desk about the online order and canceling. She went to the back and the person who went on break was still in the back working. The line of people were still waiting. I'm don't understand why the deli is failing

No cookies available in the bakery for the kiddos so I looked for the manager who said, “we have cookies” and took them off the table to the bakery to pass out. Awesome service!
