This is the best McDonald's for miles. They always have my order prepared correctly and give wonderful customer service with a smile. Highly recommend this location.

We ordered are food and we went up into the drive through and the lady was complaining, then we we got are food she gave us a sweet tea and I ordered a frozen Fanta and then when I opened the happy meal and got out my chicken nuggets it only had four chicken nuggets And I ordered a six piece and it was in the six piece box!?
then my friend ordered a cheeseburger but she said it was hard and stale and also she got extra fries but they did not give us any extra fries.

I like this location pretty well. It is always very crowded and the line is very long in the drive-thru. they seem to move the line fairly well at times. Just too crowded traffic-wise. Service is good and the food is always hot though.

I got THREE ketchup packets for a 10 pcs chicken nuggets meal and a 6 pcs chicken nugget happy meal. 3 tiny packets for 16 chicken nuggets and a small and medium fry. That’s gotta be a joke. Only reason I’m giving such a high rating is bc I usually don’t have an issue with my food. But I usually get very little sauce or none what’s so ever. Why even ask what dipping sauce we want? Do better.

Over the past few years at McDonald's you expected the service to be slow, food sloppy and cold. Well the Montevallo location has stepped up their game! Food was hot and delicious.

Went to go there, previously checked the time they opened before I went and they open at 4 am, pics of hours and location are down below. I’m sorry but I know how to do my job. Do better I’ll continue to go out of my way to go to Calera and or jemisons before I ever decide of this one.

I love McDonald's, so I guess that's why im always going back to be disappointed again. The poor woman that takes your order had to inform me there was no fries, no frape, no dr pepper, and no ketchup. They hardly ever have it together here.

Great McDonald's
They were fast, efficient and friendly.
I ordered fries and they were luke warm. but tasted ok.
Next time I will request hot and fresh.
So overall a great experience.
