I really don’t like this McDonald’s. So I have recently moved to Theodore and started going to this McDonald’s. When I first went here I order an 6 count chicken nuggets meal. They forgot my BBQ sauce so I went back through drive through and order my husband and told them that they forgot my BBQ sauce can they put it in the bag with his order they forgot it AGAIN. So I said don’t worry about it. My son called in a order for pickup he ordered an hot and spicy and a small fry. They forgot the fries. The 3rd time I ordered again a 6 count nugget and a small fry. They gave me 3 nuggets. ATP it’s just my absolute last option to eat there I’ll take BK over them

Rude RUDE Manager 31 March 2023 535pm. The girl lost track of the rotating windows and she was pleasantly running to fix it. The lady in front of us had a milkshake they charged her card our order....The manager who came to fix it snapped at my husband when she asked for the money handed him a receipt without the change back, he tapped on the window and asked for the change this manager got EXTREMELY rude, so after he got the change he said never mind give me my money back I will not order from you with your uncalled for attitude. No one upset for a mistake but WOW manager don't take it out on customers

Every time I go here something in my order is messed up. Either the “cooks” messed it up or they rang it up wrong. They have even given me the wrong drink before and I was the only car in the drive-thru. Only one side of the drive-thru is open and the screen for that drive thru is broken so I never get to look at the full menu. There is always a random neutral color object blocking one side of the drive-thru and that seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is one location that I’ve never been happy with. It should be torn down and replaced with a Chick-Fil-A. Maybe I would get an employee who seems to care about their customers.

Rude employees do not deserve a 5 star review. Fast food is a joke when it comes to these restaurants. I ordered a filet o fish and it has only a half of a slice of cheese. Why not use the entire slice on it, I paid for it... ????

5-13-23 Came thru the drive thru, ordered food for a couple kids and adults and the fries had not one grain of salt on them. Not too big of a deal, maybe part of a batch that no salt was requested. We stopped out front and ran inside to get fries with salt. The manager said there was a new corporate order just this week, McDonalds will no longer salt their fries. He gave us salt packets. Everyone know after the oil dries or soaks in or whatever, salt does not stick. Afterwards I searched and searched the internet, no sign of ‘no longer salting’ fries.

I hate McD but my wife like a McDonald's she wants a Mcdouble (2) and frys I wont eat it. there meat is way to thin.and has a taste to it (that's bad) at least too me.

The last time I dined here there there was a shouting match between a customer and an employee and the manager got involved shouting and stopping all service. It was handled poorly. The employees are laughing at the way it was handled.
Tonight the fish burger was served on stale bread.
