Coming through the drive through and heard a very friendly voice on the other side not used to that. She made our morning and made sure we had everything we needed. Good job Latoyia everywhere needs a person like you! Oh and the food was fresh and amazing.

1 of 2 of my biscuits was really good. The second one bottom half was super hard couldn't even eat it. Felt like only 2 or 3 people were working and one of them was brand new on the register. I'm OK with a new person but whoever made the biscuits knew Dang well that that biscuit was hard as a rock very disappointing!

There were only 4 employees working but they were very organized and clean. The fry cook kept the nuggets and fries coming in his own methodical way. I actually overheard one of the ladies telling the other to stay out of his work space just call what you need...oop????..yes ma'am and sir keep the order going???? I ordered a plain baked potato, I got a bacon-cheddar potato. We had already left so I couldn't change it but it must have been God because that was the best baked potato I have ever had. Piping hot with melted/shredded cheese. It was Divine Deliciousness! My only complaint was although the fries were steadily being made, my husband's were not hot so he trashed them but the rest (spicy chicken, burger, nuggets, baked potato) was on point. Thank y'all for a pleasant experience!! God Bless!????

This is absolutely my favorite Wendy’s in the Mobile metro area
This, Wendy’s is always clean the team. Here is extremely polite, professional, and willing to help no matter what.
I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy’s pit done in our drive out when given the choice this is my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich and hot french fries
Thank you to the team that works here. They are fabulous.

The food's taste was OK. The delay was understandable due to few people on the shift.
BUT... the manager didn't care that the tables were not clean and the floor was looking like after a war.
I totally agree customers should behave and make not such a mess. Yet, since that education was missing from the previous customers, an employee supposed to clean it like new. We talk about a place where people can dine-in therefore it should be cleaned and disinfected which was none! No napkins anywhere, you have to ask for them. Also, the receipt was so faded that even they couldn't read my order number. But no one cared to change the cashier register's ink cartridge. So everyone had the same issue.
Wendy's used to be a good place to eat. This location is the opposite. If you can find something else, please go there! I beg you, for your own safety and sake.

Today I went to this Wendy's for lunch. When I made the order, the employee who served me asked my name and I told him Jesus and I spelled it out for him, and look how he wrote it. They should train employees to listen to customers and treat customers better. a lousy attitude

The least you could do is communicate to corporate that you are short staffed or whatever the case may be. That way it can reflect closed online and people won’t drive 25 mins up the road only to pull up to a trash can blocking the drive thru. I’m sure this isn’t protocol! Do better.

Service was a bit slow. The person who took my order didn't seem real thrilled to be there. Hopefully my food is ok. The order was served kind of quick and I was pleased with that.

Dining room appeared to be clean and well maintained.
