They cannot fully process your Amazon returns for UPS. They have no printout functionality. Unless your package is fully addressed, stamped, with the printed RMA attached this location is useless. Amazon should remove them from the options or explain their limitations. It was a wasted trip to the location, then standing in line to be told they cannot help, then locating another ups store etc. Not a great way to do business.
