I hate to do this but my experience tonight was not the best. I always do the mobile order option in hopes of making their job easier and also to have the least possible interaction with them, due to some of their rude employees. I understand that people have bad days but please do not take it out on your customers, especially the ones that are unproblematic. The young lady working the drive thru around 630pm this evening was very rude. I said maybe 5 words into the intercom and was rushed and cut off. Me being cut off led to her making errors and them leaving items off of my mobile order. A nice tone and 5 more seconds of patience can go a long way. I’m very big on customer service and I am never rude to anyone bc I understand that this field can be overwhelming at times. I try to be one less rude customer for them to deal with. I just hope that some of the employees can get it together.

I had one of the best desserts drinks ever it was called Smokey mountain something but it was the best I ever tasted. I never thought they would make something so wonderful like that. If you're looking for something cold and sweet I highly recommend Jack's ask for a Smokey mountain drink.

They have great fries and burgers! Plus if you like dipping your fries in ranch then you'll probably like, or better yet you'd probably prefer the thicker ranch that Jack's serves.

Usually when I come to jacks I have an overall good experience, but this time was disappointing. The tea was bad! Had a bad wang to it, spoiled. Was either left out or expired! Please make fresh sweet tea every day and wash out your pitchers with soap. No excuse for a southern restaurant to serve bad tea.

We are breakfast here and it was awesome but it was very busy but the lady at the register had her rhythm and she rocked it so did the manager staging the orders they had a great timing going so it went fast.w

This is a good location. Food is consistent and the staff is nice. We love right behind the location and go often.

Terrible service. I went to get sweat tea one night and I found dip in my drink. The lady proceeded to say that I put it in there. I would not go here if you want professionalism & cleanliness.
