Overnight parking right before the yellow gates on your right. On you left is an employee parking and they will not allow you to park there. Very friendly staff. Fast unloading. Docks are behind the building.

Helpful staff :-) there is overnight parking area to the right . Do not park in lighted lot in front ..it is only for cars of employees. About an hour unloading time ...this place is WAY out in the sticks ..quiet for sleeping :-) Docks are located at rear side of building .. u have to take the skinny road back to get there . No parking back there ..small area back there. You can check in also back there but there is also a sign to check in at office . I checked in and signed in at both areas ...but in the office no one was in yet so I just signed in and went back . Not a bad place in any way . :-)

This picture tells you everything you need to know. This is your view when you walk in the door. No way to buzz for assistance. They take for ever to unload you, and will even make FedEx or Estes wait in line to get two pallets off. Me personally was close to 4 hours, and almost lost my next load. Must be nice to be a forklift operator with all that power and influence. Stay away.

As I’m checking in, the black ghetto lady is giving me a attitude for no reason. You ask her a question and she back lash at you. Only loading up one truck at a time. More than 6 trucks waiting. Have a apt time and looks like they don’t follow their apts. Very Rude staff and very unprofessional. Will not be coming back here

Not bad, off in the sticks. Overnight parking and call first, they have a recording explaining easy directions. Luckily I did call because I had 2 different GPS systems giving me wrong directions. Good rule of thumb, always call first for directions and for overnight parking. Cover your a$$. Friendly staff working hard to get you out.

It's a $hit show. Bring food and a tent cuz you gonna camp here. These ppl are here to collect a paycheck not to work.

Very friendly staff, I arrived at 0730 for a appointment of 12 noon. The lady put me right in the door. You do have to check in up front before going back to the back. If you are coming from birmingham. You want to go to state road 5 off interstate 20. Straight down to 289 the over.

Fast unloading. 7am appt, checked in at 630, out by 7. Kinda tight but there is overnight parking. Do not trust Google maps.
