Service was slow but the food was delivered hot and good. We waited for a good little while but when we got our food hot it was all worth the wait. It's well-staffed and they were very friendly. The dining area is very clean and presentable. The bathrooms were nice and well-stocked. You didn't worry about using them. This is a great place for a quick bite to eat.

We dined in for breakfast. We ordered from the kiosk, but it didn't print out the receipt (out of paper?). We were told at the kiosk to take a table number tent and be seated, and our food would be delivered to the table. It took a long time, and we did get our food, but it was not delivered to the table, we had to pick it up. They didn't call our name or table number, but the number on the receipt that we never got. We figured it out because very few people were dining in. They messed up our order (my husband ordered.a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage and egg biscuit). The correct order was printed in large type on a receipt attached to the bag. I liked my biscuit, but unsure if this place is worth the hassle

This is, by far, the best McDonald's I have been to in years!! The staff was very friendly and even came to our table to see if we needed anything. All employees seemed happy. Everything was clean and looked well kept. We stopped at this location driving home from the beach. I wish this McDonald's would come train the Birmingham area McDonald's locations.

I found metal shavings in my caramel frappe. I called up there to let them know, hopefully they don't sale anymore until it's fixed ????

Love the fact I can order my own food from a kiosk. I just hate that I didn't get my whole order. And I only ordered two things ????u200d♀️.

I came through here on July 4th coming back from FL and they messed up my gf burger "could have been my fault because they did hear me say plain" so I got out and went inside to get it fixed, I was blown a way with out kind everyone was and shocked that I had 4 employee's apologize about the miss up. I really hope management see's this to commend that staff.

We had stopped on our way up from the beach to get some food, and all of us were pretty hungry. We walked in and ordered our food on the digital screen and waited. As our order got called we went up and grabbed it noticing that we were missing our drinks. We stood there for about 3 minutes. At least 5 of their employees made eye contact with us, yet not one came up to ask us if we needed anything. It took one of my friends to start saying out loud that we needed help before someone helped us. When they did finally help us, she had an attitude. For management, the woman has pink and blonde hair. Fast forward a little bit, we hit the road and begin eating. The first thing we notice is the fries are cold and soggy. The next thing we know, my friend is chocking on something from her chicken nuggets. She pulls it out and it is an entire bone! (pictured below). Hopefully, this review will bring awareness.

Fries were hot, burgers were good and not sloppy made. Staff was super friendly. Good place to eat.
