Walmart has gotten away from great customer service. They don't have enough people working, more attention on them doing shopping. They have little concern for the actual people shopping in them. They push self checkout to avoid hiring people to actually work in the store.

The store was well-stocked and organized, and had everything I needed in just a single trip. I had trouble getting a staff member to the crafting supply desk, though I could only assume it was because of short staffing. The employees who I got (after a short wait) were very respectful and helpful. I will definitely return.

I had the unfortunate task of waiting on AAA at the Leeds Walmart, but during my lengthy wait I noticed a particularly hard working young man, slim with shoulder length blonde hair who's job was to constantly round up and bring in the buggies. He worked quickly and very hard to keep the buggies lined up for incoming customers. This guy is the hardest working guy at this store and deserves a raise. He's constantly in and out of the blistering sun but never slows down. Good job....5 stars for him!

I can honestly say that for the many many years I have used Walmart for all of my shopping needs, I have been consistently pleased.

I have just relocated to Leeds, Alabama and am just as happy with the consistent service of all of my shopping with Walmart. The service is exceptional.

I really like this store only been here a couple of times and it's always been clean, friendly and helpful I think sometimes we forget about the human being that is presenting the store even with all of today modern convenience we need human interaction

Cleaner than the one I usually go to! It caught on fire while we were there and people started going crazy but it wasn't so bad because the Walmart staff handled it immediately! Good job!!!

I just do grocery pick up, 90% spot on. I've gotten a few expired items and the salads could be fresher. But service is always good and the employees are very friendly and professional.....

4/14 Edit, added a star back, not the employees fault. Bad management and scheduling. This also proves you need to hire actual human beings
automation is not working for you. There needed to be more human staff, and there absolutely should have been someone to answer the curbside line at all times. First bad experience. I've been waiting almost 30 min, have called the pick up number a dozen times since I've been parked- NO ONE HAS ANSWERED. Called the store twice and someone said they would try to tell them. If you know you're going to be busier at a certain time, make sure you have enough employees!!!!!! At least answer the phone!!!!!!

It's been 30 min of waiting!!!!! I finally asked one of the people if I could just go in and get it myself. They said no, they still have to organize it. Well my pick up was scheduled between 3-4 and it is 5:17...got home, an item missing from order. Now I have to get a partial refund. Called the store again around 6:45, again, no answer, left a message. We ll see what happens.

While waiting outside, I stopped a young lady bringing out another order and she checked me in manually from the outside. She was very friendly and polite.
But whoever scheduled for phone- you need to make sure that longsomeone is answering the phone for the grocery pick up. You are Walmart, you can afford it. There are 4-5 grocery pick up options within 20 min of this location. Management- staff up. Pay up. Or don't offer the time slots if you can't staff itphone if I have to wait
