I would give less than this. I ordered 50 dollars of food online for delivery. Tracker said Jennifer started prep at 11:14. 45 minutes later it’s till in prep so we call the store.
First they couldn’t find the order. Then said all the drivers were sent home. NOONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND INFORM US THAT THEY WERE NOT DELIVERING YET HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY.
Then had the audacity to tell us “well you need to come pick it”.
What kind of store is ran where you can’t call customers and tell them about their orders. Had I not have called Dominos would have essentially robbed me. Don’t do busy here they don’t know how to run a business.

You can tell they have a good team because the food reflects the quality and taste is on point. Must try lava cakes if never had . Amazing !!!

Its nice to know Domino’s also takes place in the fish-and-hook technique. I called in for a pizza at 11 am, waited the 30 minute wait time before calling for my free points and was told rudely by the manager they no longer do it and there’s a hour wait time.

Here’s a tip: If you’re no longer going to be honest with your PAYING customers, how about post wait-times online. Why would I wait a hour for a cold pizza? Good Riddance!

The salad was good. The problem is that I put the name of my office on the order. After waiting 30 minutes, the driver called to say that they did not deliver to the housing authority. I explained that I worked at the office. He later showed up with only half of the order. When I called the store, the person on the phone informed me that they did not deliver to the housing authority. They brought the remaining parts of my order. I think that they were rude. I sensed them being negative. I understand the location, but I feel violated. I try to make an earnest living. I was talked down to because the location of my professional job being in the housing authority. I am totally disappointed in the treatment that I received. They should have refunded me and canceled the order upon receiving it.

Overall good,but I don't like the new sausage . I liked the old sausage better.

I am seeing a lot of bad reviews on here... so glad I didn't read them before I called them! I live in Lanett and go to church in Lagrange, so we decided to call to order pizza on our way home. The gentleman a swerved the phone promptly, told me all the specials, and was very courteous as he took our order. 15 minutes later, we pulled up to the store, and our pizza was hot, ready, and just as we ordered it. There were only two employees there, and they did have employment applications on the counter. This is the first time I have ordered from this location, but the pizza was very good, and I had no problems. I notice most of the bad reviews are 6 months to a year old, which was at the height of COVID, and we all know how difficult it was to get anyone to work during that time. Don't let the bad reviews scare you away, give them a chance. My experience was a good one!

Waited over an hour for my order to be delivered. Driver dropped the cheesy bread in the rain puddle on the porch and still handed it to me. Food was cold by the time it got here. Driver said he was sure if I called I'd get something for free. I don't want free, I wanted the order right, on time, and not wet from being dropped in rain.Was hung up on when I called and explained about my dissatisfaction and asked for the corporate number. Called back and asked that the driver come pick everything up and refund my money. Domino's just lost a loyal customer.

Called to find out where the driver is so I can get my money back and they can get the entire order back. Almost 2 hours after being told he was returning to correct this mess. The girl put me on hold to check. She informed me the manager said I will have to bring everything back to their store in order to get a refund. I do not live down here but I do work here every weekend. This was not only an inconvenience to me but also the gentleman I care for. I told her no one would eat food after it got dropped in the rain and was wet and she agreed. There is no one at their location when I get off work at 7 a.m. and I'm not able to wait around until they open and then drive an hour home.

I ordered 1 pepperoni & Canadian bacon and 1 pepperoni & sausage pizza and I must say that it was the worst pizza that I ever had. It tasted so bad that I took one bite and threw it in the garbage, what a waste of money.
I will never purchase anything ever again from that location.
