We love Waffle House! The folks in Jacksonville are always super friendly to us and our food and service is always good. Super clean within the store and excellent turn around time from ordering to receiving food!

Had to wipe off our own counter space. Could not hear anything being said because of the extremely loud, questionable quality (for young children) music being played. We left without eating while staff were hollering with each other about the music chosen.

Everything is amazing if you eat in house but if you try to make a to go order the phone doesn't even ring inside it's either dine in or don't dine at all!

I forgot my server's name but she was very respectful at the same time serve us in a fast timely manner. Great place. I love how they yell out the orders that need to be made, it makes them look like they're all on the same page.

Our salesperson was on top of everything. The food cooked as ordered. Bacon was perfect. Thank you for that. Waffle sauce and apple butter immediately upon request 5+
