Fries were soggy, half-cooked, and had no seasoning on them at all. Soda was 80% carbonation. Since the fries are the only reason I eat at Jack's I definitely won't be going back to this location. Jack's is one of the only fast food places around that has high standards, but I guess this location missed the memo.

Drive thru order.. $28 worth of food for my family. Picture of burger is exactly how I found it when I took it out of the bag. "Bacon cheese fries" had ZERO cheese & very little bacon.

I called & reported it to the manager & she offered to remake the food. Very kind but how inconvenient. I live 15 mins from Jack's in Jacksonville. How about your workers slow down & make the food the correct way to begin with!

This Jack's has great food if the right crew is working. I eat here a couple times a month. Breakfast hours is when you get the best service and food.
The chicken dinner is fantastic, just beware of dry biscuits after breakfast hours. Cold slaw tastes different almost every time. Not sure they follow the same recipe each batch.

Ate breakfast with my grandson, they were out of the following tomatoes , most ice creams for grandsons shake , forks in condiment area , napkins , jellies . I have been coming here for years it seems that this particular Jack's needs a better manager or something it's going downhill fast & bad. Sincerely Paul P.S. the gravey was cold also

I don't visit this location very often, but the staff was very cordial and accommodating. The food was good, and the service was even better.

Went to get loaded fries but they were a limited time offer so I got chicken strips and fries they were very good and their grilled chicken sandwich was very good but it needed grilled onions to bring out the flavor more ..

Here’s the terrible experience you can expect at this location:
I ordered a number 5 and number 6 combo along with a grilled chicken BLT salad. I pay at the window and get home to find that there are no fries and my salad doesn’t even have the bacon it was supposed to be topped with. Naturally, I want to get the items I paid my hard earned money for and so I phone the restaurant. I ask for the manager and get left on hold for nearly 10 minutes. So I dial them again because my call has been forgotten. They have declined my past 3 calls and there seems to be no solution other than confronting them in person. If you want a hassle, or a huge inconvenience, this is your place to eat!
