I ordered Steak Chile Verde Fries and I get a cold meal and cold fries ,and I can't take it back.I can't take food back. I think thing happen behind those walls in a Restaurant..

This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, no one would assist me or my son at the counter, the employees were in the back being loud and unprofessional using very foul language. One of my tacos was missing a side. When I ask what was taking so long, one girl said “as u can see we only have 3 people the fuxk” then told me I needed to leave the store before I “get my a** beat”.

Clean and food was good. Great service. Was waited on by worker. That is great since last time I was told to use remote modules to place order. I left then but had friendly service tonight and enjoyed my meal.

Terrible!!! They was Out of everything INCLUDING BEEF! But hey, Still gave us our tacos full of beans and lettuce! Will not be back!

It was 8 o’clock pm I am at the Taco Bell right now outside in parking lot trying to walk in and also trying to go to drive-through but the lady say Taco Bell is closed always something and something with this Taco Bell in Jackson Alabama Please don’t go there ????????????????

Not sure what has happened here but it is a complete 180. Food options are always there now, service is friendly, and the orders are right. Especially enjoy dealing with Latrice in the drive-thru. Keep up the great work!
