An associate peaks out from around the wall asking if we needed to order. The cashier who rang us up slurped her drink the whole time. The place is trashed. We asked the manager to please clean off a table so that we could sit down. She literally cleaned off one table. Every table was dirty. Clumps of employees hiding in the corner on their phones.our order sat on the counter after is was prepared and no one said a thing. We eventually went to get it.
My husbands order did not come with a biscuit. When he walked back to the counter to ask about it they said they didn’t have biscuits. Eventually they warmed one in the microwave. He also did not have sauce as requested when he ordered. This place is a lost cause. Sad to me. We love jacks!

We stopped in Wednesday night after church. The staff was super friendly: Jeanell, Anna, Jyshawn, Damian, and Diamond. Food was fresh and hot and the store was really clean. We appreciate that the staff went well and beyond to make it a great experience.

Horrible experience at this restaurant. Used the drive thru and after waiting for 10 mins I finally ordered and got to the cashier. When I got to the window the person there was not polite and seemed annoyed. I was asked to pull into the parking lot along with 2 other vehicles. I saw another vehicle pull up to the window and they got their food quickly and we’re laughing with the person at the window. This happened with two other vehicles while I patiently waited. I found that the only vehicles asked to pull into a parking lot were those who were not African American. This should really be looked at in depth and addressed quickly.

Out of all the Jack’s locations that have expanded into southwest Alabama that I have been to, this one is the closest to what I remember from north Alabama in terms of order promptness and the employees trying to make it a wonderful experience. Keep at it!

Cashier could use some lessons on greeting your costumer's but other than that the food was delicious, bathroom and restaurant was clean

I used the drive through. The order taker was polite and patient. My order was correct and the food was fresh and had a good taste. The price was a little steep but what isn't?

Everything we ordered from this Jack's was good but the breakfast was my favorite.
