Sat in stall 3 for almost 10 minutes after pressing red button, still no one took our order and 2 had car hops try to give me 3 different orders that weren't ours. Went through drive through and finally ordered, however, the dill pickle fries were very skimpy and they didn't include the ranch, plastic warehouse, or napkins.

Love the SHAKES and the new menu items .the chilli Frito wrap was good they need to have a larger size then just a Jr. Wasn't enough to even fill me up u gotta order like 5 of them to fill up

Will not be wasting my money here again my whole order was messed up.burgers were half cooked,tots hard/cold and drinks wrong called the store and spoke with manager and she acts if I was lying.. I could have called corporate but instead I called the store in Jackson,Al,but I will be calling the corporate office, health department cause me and my entire family could have died eating raw meat..

Customer service was good, everyone was so nice and helpful gotta love the sonic carhops always out the door as fast as possible and work hard

Awesome service and wonderful staff. Fast service and hot food always. And I love using the app for half price drinks. The cheesesticks are to die for.
