Very clean , well kept & organized store.
Friendly staff. But you guys may want to retrain Whoever the lady was working today behind the deli, she was eating and coughed in her hand and immediately started making food. And that’s after the guest stood there for 15 minutes. I was in the sandwich line just watching the service. She was boxing chicken, didn’t greet him or anything. She stopped in the middle of doing that. Might as well had finished. Or just took his order to begin with. I actually felt bad if I were him. What happened to service first? And she was eating from the time she was boxing chicken to after making his order. Im actually writing this while standing in line, and this lady is coughing over the open boxes of chicken she’s . Not coving her mouth or anything. I am glad I am getting a sandwich from the other lady - Janee. She’s clean. Lol

I have been in numerous times over the last year for small purchases and often Deli items. I love the deli! It is the main reason I go there, and I travel out of my way to do so.

However, your people almost across the board do not know how to bag groceries. Is it a cost-saving measure to always try to bag hot items with cold items? For instance, do you tell your cashiers or baggers to bag hot deli food with a bag of cheese? Without fail, every time they do so, unless I say something, which I almost always have to do. I have even had cashiers try to mix in bathroom cleaning supplies with hot deli food.

A failure like this lies with the manager. You are not training your people properly to bag groceries or to care. Are you telling them to just cram as much as possible into one or as few of bags as possible, regardless of the items? If so, you are doing a great job at saving a few nickels.

Until then, I will never make a large purchase with Publix at Twickenham, because it is too mentally taxing to have to police your cashiers and make sure they are bagging items properly. In the meantime, I will try to find contact information for Publix, so that I can pass this along to higher ups, since the store itself seems to not care in the slightest. Maybe Publix the corporation will and can help ensure the cashiers and baggers are trained on how to bag?

Absolutely one of my favorite places to food shop. Mrs. Shirley and the other young lady who works along side of her, from the fruit department are the sweetest people I've met there!! Thank you for making my breakfast!

Nice, clean, and worth the time and energy to walk the whole store. My first time ever and was pleasantly surprised with the experience and staff!

Very rude and inconsiderate. I had to wait 10 minutes while the lady finished filling out paperwork before I was waited on. And there was no one else in the store. I will never use Publix again.

Nice store with a great deli. Sandwiches we had we prepared to our liking. We were greeted by every employee we walked by, and assistance was offered to help us find what we needed. Parking is provided in the structure right across the street. I liked this store and the nice folks working there!

The associates are extremely nice.....as long as you look like you're financially well off. I'm not necessarily knocking the gentrification of Huntsville, but at least Walmart is upfront about being selectively disrespectful. My money spends just as well as the next guys.

I want to brag on the store manager Clint very respectful and professional. I had a problem with a deli order on April 1. I went in he next day explained everything and really not expecting a full refund he surprised me with that plus more. Thank you publix for hiring such a wonderful and amazing person to run your store. A forever customer
