Rude office personnel. Disrespectful of their customers. I called asking about why the same water usage (5 gallon difference) between two months cost a $45.66 difference. No service fees or anything, the cost of the water went up. Now months down the line it's down again. There is no way they were charging $9 a gallon... but no one would even look at my bill, saying I would have to be present. Even though I have my pin, my account #, etc. This is a shame.

They do not send a second notice. And during the pandemic mail got lost obviously. So instead of checking with their customers. They will just shut their service off. Then charge a reconnect fee that is more than the bill was. A courtesy bill would have been appreciated. It’s bad enough that you are charged extra either way you decide to pay your bill. The office personnel isn’t friendly. And the bill is never consistent it goes from low to high and literally nothing in my routine has changed.

After 2 years of being with these guys I've got to say I'm extremely disappointed, taking advantage of your customers is pathetic, I asked for 2 hours for my check to hit the bank and Instead I was denied after I sent proof of my family having covid, you still denied me a 2 hour extension as long as yall get your $40 reconnecting fee that's all that matters. Yall should be ashamed of yourself and your business. If I knew it was like this I would have NEVER MOVED TO DOUGLAS!!!

From the ladies attitude that work the office all the way to their $100 to cut water on and not apply it to your last bill, this place is terrible. Fire everyone and look around at other water companies and learn from them.
