I went in at 7:45 am on Wednesday July 5 2023 i ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hash browns my total was $6.63
It was a mobile order on the app... They were very swift with my order and it was surprisingly correct the problem comes in when i bite into my McMuffin i bit into an eggshell on my first bite and that is unacceptable then i moved onto my hash browns and they were cold. So had i not ate eggshells i maybe could have let it slide but it scratched my throat and made it bleed a little.. and thats not all i would have spoke this over with the manager except everytime u call the store number its busy. Ur phone cant be busy for 3 hours continually. Had u answered the phone i would have taken care of this matter over the phone instead of on a review but apparently yall would rather take the phone off the hook instead of talking to someone and trying to fix the issues. So as far as McDonald's in snead thats a ???????????? no thank u on the eggshell sandwich. Yall need to get it together guys!

So first off we was pulled up for 20 nuggets and a burger. Then we had to wait over 20 minutes while they pulled up 5 other cars and I had to call them about my order and when she came out she brought everyone's food that was waiting. On top of all that I open my ranch and it has this god awful smell and it's bad. Luckily I didn't eat it. But how long does ranch have to sit for it to be this old. The burger wasn't fresh, the nuggets wasn't fresh. But at least our fries was warm. Idk why they pull up so many cars and let us sit for 20+ minutes just so they can bring the food out all together.

Bad service, I paid for one orange juice and they gave me apple juice for children, I had already paid for it and they did not say that there was no orange

I only eat here because it's convenient but can you please hire people who can READ. My ORDER is ALWAYS WRONG! Burgers are put together sloppy and nuggets always taste like they were made days in advance. I'm going to Jack's from now on. At least their food is HOT!

We placed our order at the drive thru. We had to repeat it then got to the window and it was wrong. Tried to correct it and got to the pick up window and it was still wrong and we had to get a refund. Then we left and only had 1 dbl quarter pound burger and 1 regular quarter pounder. We just gave up and called. Never went back since.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Worst fast food place I have been to. We waited over 35 min to get our order after we waited 15 min to place the order! (There was no line!) Then order was wrong wrong wrong! I ordered no onions or pickles and both burgers were COVERED with them! My ol man is very allergic & I just hate them. But they could've killed him! Fries were ice cold, burgers old, iced coffees were bitter. Manager was indifferent and acted high. Worst experience ever. Total incompetence. If you value your life- do NOT stop much less eat here!!!????????????

My husband's a trucker and stopped in for a cup of coffee. Only 2 people in the drive threw as well. He walked in and stood at the register for 5 min was not acknowledged. He just left. The girls were just going back and forth like hw wasn't even there. What a crying shame.

I WENT ON 8/21/23 around 10:45am , I WENT TOO THE 2ND WINDOW , THE MANAGER WAS ON THE PHONE AND KEPT GIVING ME THE WRONG ORDER. ( I ONLY ORDERED 2 THINGS HOW DO YOU MESS THIS UP) GET OFF THE PHONE !
