When we got to the drive through the line was not that long & we were still in the drive through for over 20 minutes. If they had the drive through where you could pull out & leave we would not have sat there & waited.
Chick-fil-a used to be focused on customer service, but now they have become one of the slowest fast food restaurants in the Birmingham area!

I visited Grove location today when I came in I was immediately greeted by Esteban he was extremely friendly and accurate. He also showed me how to order with the mobile app which I was totally confused about. I have visited this location many times but today was by far the best. I’m not sure when this young man started however his customer service was nothing less than excellent! Way to go Esteban!!

Normally the food is amazing but I got a salad this time and I don’t think they’re weighing out portions correctly. I’ve attached a photo. The salad barely fills half of the container.
Update: They contacted me and more than made up for the bad experience. Great example of leadership, customer service, and hospitality.

Specifically chose to visit this location because of the usually consistent drive thru experience AND hot fresh Chicken sandwich. #1 meal to be exact. I had to wait forever in the one drive thru lane and the usual employee taking order and payment was not there. It was around 8 pm and many cars in line. Even the "my pleasure" spoken at the pickup window was terrible. Let me tell you the wait was not worth the food I received! The fries were very hot and delicious but the quantity was very small. Usually I can never finish my fries but finished them and was so disappointed I did not receive a full serving.. The very worst part was the chicken sandwich. It tasted bad, was rubbery and the crispy breaded was not there. I seriously had to force myself to eat half of it because I wouldn't have another chance to eat that night. If anyone has tried the new chicken sandwich from McDonald's that looks like a Chic-fil-A knock off then you know how bad it is. I am not kidding the sandwich from Chic-fil-A tasted just like the McDonald's one. Very disappointed.

The drive thru design is terrible. There is one lane for normal customers and 1 huuuge lane for mobile orders that no one goes thru. All the other Chick-fil-A’s have 2 lanes and are 10x faster. Gotta wait 30 min in the drive thru here. Terrible design

I came in for a door dash order. No customers were in line or at the counter there were 6 employees behind the counter and after about 5 minutes of just standing, Ms. Pat finally asked if I needed help. I hope I didn’t get discriminated against

This location is steadily going downhill. The wait times in the drive through are over 10 minutes. When you get your food the staff doesn’t even say sorry for the wait or have a good day. They hand you your food and walk away. This location recently (last 3 times) messed up my order as well. I’ll never use this location again.

Been going here for years. I mostly use the app for in store pickup but today it was drive thru. I scan my code and pull around to the window and the staff gave me my drinks and said my order is slightly delayed and asked me to pull around front. They handed me a cardboard paper with a handwritten note before I pulled away. On the other side was a gift card. All for a 60 second delay. Jeffrey Foster has this place running on all cylinders. Consistently the most professional and pleasant chick fil a I’ve ever been too. Great start to my day!
