A particular HR personnel needs her own drug test! She was fired from her previous employer for being passed out in her office. Idk how she got her job working here with that kind of background. She’s so impaired everyday she works, she uses the walls to hold her up. Owners need to look into this!

I was there over 5 yrs and loved my coworkers and supervisor. .but HR is an absolute JOKE. Management does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU and pick their favorites. Lord help you if you're not one of them. Safety IS NOT a PRIORITY in this manufacturing plant, only when visitors are gonna do a walk through. I loved it there but now I have moved on I took a long hard look at the day to day operations, I've realized so much. If you have concerns about taking a position there..look me up and I'll be happy to explain.

Most people won't ever go here, they make parts for car manufacturers, but for those who do for work or whatever, it is a nice, very clean environment, does get pretty warm in the summer on the floor. The management has always been nice.

Don't care about their employees some of them will come in high from break but because their family works in hr they get to keep their job. I have to be out a week for surgery and get a call not to return

Good co-workers make you feel like family but management needs work, easy work but management makes the environment way to stressful

I only went here once for a job interview... I was overqualified for that position...but appeared to me to be a great work environment for their employees...
