Used the drive thru and the wait was reasonable.. service was good and everything tasted delicious when we got home.. no complaints here..

I prefer mustard on my Krystal's and this did not seem to have any. However, the people that worked there were working very short and still had a good attitude. Kudos to you guys! Thank you! ♥️

Little girl at the window was rude and tried to charge me for a mistake they messed up on. If you’re going to run a drive-thru window you need to learn to deal with customers with a good attitude. Had to tell her 3 different times my drink was wrong and still didn’t get what I ordered in the first place. Kathy was the only kind person, so a big thank you to her.

Order was not right even after confirming 2 times. Lobby closed. Signs everywhere saying no one wants to work. Wait time was normal. Food was still good

They were short staffed but had a notice at drive-thru so that you could wait or not. In spite of long lines the staff was nice. The food was fresh and good.

They messed up my order and then acting like it was my fault bc they didn’t hear me say plain but they heard the other request I had. The fries just aren’t good like they used to be anymore and they have changed the chicks and it’s just not good chicken. They should have left everything alone. There prices are also outrageous

The GM Samantha feels it is ok to be rude and hateful to customers when they raise concerns. An employee named Joyce was extremely nice and even told the GM that she was being rude and to stop. She was very nice, but this store seriously needs to find a new GM. Samantha even rang our orders up wrong and that was why we were asking questions about our totals.

Wouldn't really want to eat here ever again.. order was after I said no onions on my burgers and French fries was old and soggy. Service was good but the food was awful.
