Our $55 order was placed at 5:18 & was delivered @ 6:45. Needless to say pizza was cold & the biggest part of order sandwiches were not able to be reheated, as meat had dried and become hard. My husband paid with his card & tipped driver when ordered. I would have declined food & requested refund. I'm not sure what has changed or going on at Papa's but service is not what it use to be. Orders are never right anymore, but will be less often from us. Only pizza place intown.

Definitely the best pizza we have had. So much better than the large chain pizza places.

They've been going through a lot of new people this month so orders aren't correct or timely as they were before.

Delicious food and incredibly friendly service. This place is a hidden gem in Heflin. You should definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I was a bit disappointed. But that's possibly because I'm a New Yorker and we hold our Italian food to a very high standard. I ordered a chicken cutlet parmesan which was very dry and no cheese (parmesan). My wife ordered a calzone which was more or less a grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella. If that's correct in the south my apologies. The staff was fantastic. The prices seemed fair and the store was very clean.
