Fried chicken and mashed potatoes were 10/10. Wouldn't recommend the green beans (no flavor).

Great Place, Great Food, Great People. Just get home some times with the wrong order or not made right but when you special order stuff made different than the normal way it is made I understand that mistakes happen. So all in all it's Good. If I ever do have an issue they make it right ????.

I stop by here for breakfast and dinner multiple times a month for almost a year now. I have never had an issue with service or the food. The employees I have spoken too always have a good attitude and very friendly. I will continue to eat here when working and become a little hungry.

I stop by here every time I am in Heflin. Each visit is awesome. Customer service is always fast and friendly. Food is exceptional and always hot and fresh. Thanks to all the team members making this place awesome.

I had a sweet tooth & stopped by the drive-thru around 9:40 to get a late night treat. There were so many different types of ice creams, I decided to go in. The restaurant was empty and the floors were still damp from being mopped, but caution wet floor signs were up. The restaurant was closing at 10:00. The cashier was most helpful in describing the types of deserts & even brought to my attention a delicious new cherry, cream cheese pie, which was outstanding. I haven't been to a Jack's in years, but the menu looked great and I may go back for a lunch combo.

This was my first time going here since we don't have one near where we live. Our burgers, fries, and ice cream were delicious. It was a great experience for a fast food joint.

The drive thru was well organized and efficient. Wait time was not long at all. The food is very good.

Great folks here serving but what irritates me is how long it takes at the drive thru. It was the same this morning and now I'm in line and after 15 min im still waiting for lunch here and just really ready to leave.
