Jack's, to me, is always pretty good for fast food. Their chicken sandwiches are good. The service was pretty fast. The restaurant was clean, and the personnel were friendly.

The amount of time it takes to get food no matter the hour is an absolute joke..
Mornings for breakfast inside and out is backed up so it’s 20 minute wait for fast food. I have also waited 20 minutes for a milkshake and fries before as well in the afternoon so it’s across the board.

The food was good but seems like the wait is longer every time I go.. Breakfast time you will have an exceptionally long wait????

Our power, along with many others, was out due to weather yesterday. Jack’s was slammed with inside business and drive thru business when we went for supper. The employees done an excellent job handling it all! We expected to wait a few minutes and we did, but the food was freshly prepared and hot. Thank you!
