Had birthday supper here tonight and this was our first trip to this restaurant. No wait. Had cheese sticks to start, which were good. I didn't care for the Mariana sauce, but to each their own. Daughter has a cheeseburger, no complaints. Hubby had lime chicken and I had catfish. Both dishes were great. Friendly and attentive service. Definitely recommend!!

My husband and I visited Fire By the Lake on Saturday, 8/12/23 around 1:30pm. The parking was awkward and barely sufficient--particularly the handicapped parking. This restaurant is very close to a busy road with a 60mph speed limit. The restaurant was technically handicap and wheelchair accessible, but it was not handicap friendly. My husband had trouble moving through the dining room with his walker, and he said the floor was slick in the bathroom. The dining area was crowded and noisy, but the tables were well-spaced. The restaurant was well-staffed and the service was speedy. The dining area and bathrooms were a bit dirty. The food was just okay. I thought it was like a mom and pop version of Applebee's, but Applebee's (in my opinion) is better. The prices were average. Overall, I didn't like it. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth the expense and parking difficulties.

Nice restaurant and friendly staff, food was good and the wait times were reasonable. We would eat here again.

We had 2 wonderful appetizers and a beautiful meal filled the 2 of us up and brought some appetizers home. The cornbread was out of this world good.

Always great staff and food is always on point. Last visit was May 29th Memorial Day from riding on the lake. Had chicken parmesan, fried fish tacos, Philly steak, and chicken bacon each pasta. Prompt service.

The views are spectacular of the lake. The food and service is great . We really enjoyed our visit!

First visit here….
Chicken tenders. Catfish. Ranch sauce.
Real Southern green beans.
Carmel Apple adult beverage all taste FABULOUS.
This place has the potential to be extremely busy in the summer with the dock, and it was pretty popping in the outdoor seating this fabulous fall day, however our waitress was apologetic & attentive. No complaints with the service here.
Bathrooms are clean & parking is available.
