My son and his wife have been telling me how awesome this place is- I have a local place (I live 1hr 45 min from Char Burger) that no-one can compare to. Well today there is a new best place I’ve ever eaten. Service was quick and friendly. Food was amazing and portions were large!! My son says he has never eaten anything here that was less than excellent. I will be craving this food and will make the long drive for it. Can’t say enough about Char Burger- you simply have to try it!!!

Inexpensive place with some pretty decent food. We ordered food and waited 45 minutes without any of our orders coming out. Three other tables came in, got their food, ate, and left while we waited. After going to ask about the holdup, the server told us its been ready, but he hasn't brought it out while standing there doing nothing.

It was not crowded at all. The guy let our food sit under the heat lamp until he felt like bringing ours out while everyone after us got their food. When it did come, it was barely warm, they left one plate out and had to make it, which only took 5 minutes. At least that plate was warm. They don't care about your you, your order, or if you even get it. Never going back.

Loved this little place! We were in Guntersville all day for volleyball tournaments @ Supreme Courts & this place was very close by so we gave it a shot! Great prices, friendly staff, clean & fast service! Fried green tomatoes are a MUST @ $3.75!!! ???? I even ordered a child's cheeseburger, and it was more than enough for me! We will be back!

Will not go back. Stood outside the window to order at 545. Rang the bell twice and at 550 and when the girl opened the window we was told they wasn't accepting anymore orders. Not to mention it says they close at 7pm. Very unsatisfied to be refused service as a paying customer.

UPDATED REVIEW!!!!!
The owner contacted me after I left the 1st review and made it right for me and my daughter. So went today and got the double bacon cheeseburger meals, my daughter got a cherry milkshake and I got the banana peanut butter. We was not disappointed at all.

I really enjoyed this Lil burger place is bigger than it looks. Very fast service, good tastes like homemade burgers, if I get a chance I will go back!

$15 for one small burger basket with a small amount of fries and one drink????? BUST A $20 BILL UP!
I LOVE eating there but I am making my own burger from home until prices go down or go to Burger King which isn't as good.

Visiting Guntersville and my family suggested Char Burger for breakfast and I’m glad they did!
Although they don’t serve the whole menu at breakfast. Breakfast was great! I got the bologna, egg and cheese biscuit and a bologna, egg and cheese sandwich. Both great but the biscuit out shines the sandwich! I’ll be back to try the burgers sometime. ????????????

This place was the perfect lunch spot for my husband and I on our weekend getaway to Scottsboro. This was the best burger I have had in a long time and the peanut butter milkshake was to die for!! Be ware that the milkshakes are HUGE! And can definitely be shared!
