Worst Taco Bell I have EVER been to. I placed an online order 10 mins before arriving. I was traveling 4 hours back home so I knew I would be able to do it quick and grab and go. I got there and 3 people I was traveling with walked inside and got their food immediately after ordering on the kiosks. I was confused because I still hadn’t received my food. I walked up to the counter and got completely ignored for a good 10-15 mins. I then heard them talking about how they just didn’t want to make the order yet, even though I was standing right in front of them. We then asked what was going on with my order and she ignored us. More people showed up and ordered food and got it immediately, but I STILL didn’t get my food. The girl finally started my order and you could see her just throwing the food into the bag barely wrapped it up just threw it in. She also made sure that she wasn’t the one to hand me my food so she put it at the drive thru counter to make me even more annoyed. Needless to say you will never see me at this Taco Bell again. No one should have to wait an HOUR before they receive their food bc the workers are lazy.

The window worker with the BIG GUMS, always have a attitude and she do whatever she wants with people's order ! i asked for sauce and she refused to put it in the bag.

Waste of money and basically wasted our $20 worth of food by having to throw it away. Brought two of our items up to the counter letting one of the workers know what little meat was in the tacos and Crunchwrap. Sadly, she turned and walked away. We then trashed our items and went about our day. Yes, food is expensive now, but at least give us what we paid for..

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to!
Ordered a double grilled cheese steak burrito, and a beefy melt. After ordering and paying was told they do not have any steak or rice! How do you have a grilled steak burrito with no steak or rice! They didn’t even try to rectify the situation just gave me beef and no rice. No price cut or anything. Ordered extra quesadilla sauce and had to ask to get after my order was sent out. Then they made it out like it was a big deal to get the suave I ordered and paid for. Another customer ask for a fork and was told “we don’t have none” and to go next door!

I order a classic combo. They only had small cups. Then gave me the wrong order completely. Went back through. Remade my correct order, supposedly. Nope. Wrong again. Went back through again. At this point they were acting like they were mad at me for coming back a 3rd time. Threw my order at me through the window. I clearly wasn't going to eat it with the way they were acting. This location should be completely shut down. This is totally unacceptable. Can't even get my money back. I even rounded it up for their damn charity. Calling corporate now.

We used the self serve kiosk inside the restaurant to order two combo meals. We had to ask for our drinks and no one gave us a receipt. The food was pretty typical, and we enjoyed our meal. They may be understaffed. There were many people waiting to order or to pick up orders when we left.

So we had to order from a kiosk, order our meals with a large drink, and paid for it there. We weren't given our cups until our meals were ready. At which time we were told that they didn't have any large cups like we paid for only small. We weren't given any money back or offered any compensation at all. What the?

The food I give 5 star because you have to use the bathroom within second of eating there beans but the food is so good. So 5 star!!
