I've been using H&R BLOCK for 20 years or so, they have always been very helpful in letting me know any tax law changes and explaining to best keep me safe. I feel a sense of security and they helped me through an audit to where it came out to my good because of some land interest that I had forgotten to claim.

Excellent customer service. Every employee is extremely helpful, but my personal favorite is Mrs. Judy Rice. She is the most friendly and kind person.

Alma Kennamer has always done my taxes for well over twenty five years and I wouldn't even consider going to anyone else. I will use Alma until she no longer does taxes and I will continue to go to my local branch after that
