They did me so wrong on the toast like it taste Charboiled I left a Tipp. On top of that they got the nerve to put 1 of each sauce. And add sauce I didn't want. On top of all this why am I using a cardboard straw like I don't want no cardboard tasting drink it's already bad enough using Styrofoam..

The young lady informed us as we pulled in that she would be right back out to take our order, and she did! She came right back out to the car and took our order. One side was not available, and we were not suppose to have our order taken on the side we pulled into. We were unaware and asked if she wanted us to come around to the other side. She gracefully declined and proceeded to take our order! She was so helpful and friendly, smiled the entire time despite how hot it was outside. I wish I knew her name to thank her once again properly in this review!! It took a while for the order, but they were busy, so we understood, and her customer service made the experience even better!! Thanks again so much, and keep up the good work you all!!

I Ordered a banana milkshake that i waited for almost 15 minutes for and when I got home (which is less than 5 minutes away) I sipped out of my "milkshake" and was surprised that I was given sweet milk with huge banana chunks in it..It was literally milk,not a melted milkshake but MILK..i called the number provided on the receipt and a guy answered and took the complaint and said someone will reach out to me but not once apologized...needless to say I want be back to this location EVER!!

I always order using the app because I like the ½ off drinks and it's just faster but the last few times I've come to this location, I've had to wait an hour after arriving. Today I waited 2 hours for my order and I had to walk up to the door to get them to work and still ended up waiting another 15 minutes. My order included an ice cream cone and they gave me an extra small cone of ice cream that was either already melting or wasn't fully frozen yet. I will not be coming back here. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Customer service was excellent, the young lady that took my order was very polite, she apologized several times for the long wait and she even had a beautiful smile on her face and kept her composure in a very stressful situation. Because of her attitude I waited. It was unfair to her and the other employee that was there. I pray working conditions have gotten better; my granddaughters food was cold when we finally received it.

I use the app often because I appreciate the half of slushies. But I also do it so I can grab my lunch and go and not wait too long since I work by myself and can’t leave it closed or unattended too long. I always wait 15 minutes after ordering or until the app says it’s ready before leaving. Whenever I check in tho it’s in the kitchen and I have to wait as tho I ordered at the speaker. I haven’t been to a different location as of recently so I don’t have comparison on speed but I’m fairly confident I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 10 minutes upon arrival to get food I ordered 20 minutes prior

Placed order ahead of time in the app and even though they cleared the order when we got there we still had to wait about 15 minutes for our order. The order was wrong when we got it and Keyana was rude when we brought it to her attention. She brought the wrong slushie out twice and got an attitude when we tried to show her the correct order on our receipt.

Every single time I come here, order AHEAD on the app, I'm still left waiting for a ridiculous amount of time. I only order a slushie and an appetizer, every time. Today I just waited over 23 minutes for a slushie and cheese sticks. I've called corporate on this location many times and I hate they're the closest to me. They can't keep a steady crew. Mostly childish children who don't care about the job.
