We ordered ours online. It was hot and ready when we arrived to pick it up.
The ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS WE ORDERED THE 10 PIECE FAMILY DINNER AND ONLY RECEIVED TWO TINY TARTER
SAUCE. it said feed a family of 4, we should have received FOUR TARTER SAUCES. COMMON SENSE SHOULD HAVE TOLD SOMEONE TO ADD TWO MORE SAUCES. WE WERE TOLD IT WAS IN THE BAG , BUT IT WAS NOT!

Postmates order for a fish sandwich combo and did not receive the fries, soda or any of the sauces requested so I opted to drive to the location to have it corrected. I didn’t open the sandwich package but I should have. When I returned home this time around I didn’t have the cheese. No one apologized or even offered a soda upgrade from small to medium for the inconvenience. The staff was acting upset with me when they were the ones who made the error! Very disappointed considering how much I love their food.

My daughter started working almost a month ago and hasn’t been paid. No one has researched or gotten back with her. The GM Kelly is extremely rude to her staff and curses them out. Mainly because they are minors and the parents aren't allowed to speak to managment. My other child was told that she's almost grown(which she is not). My child has also been asked and allowed to work while off of the clock and told that her time will be manually put in on another day. All types of laws are being broken. I need answers because the store management doesn’t seem to care.

This was one of the first times I've gone into a captain d's and had all my food hot and fresh. Everything tasted perfect no issues. There was only one person working the counter and the drive through window. So she was pretty busy and had to bounce back and forth causing the people at the counter to wait a couple minutes to place order. I would for sure eat here again

Workers are nice pretty good service but cost 20 dollars for a drink side and a chicken fingers that were below average

The worst service I have had in a long time from Captain D.
I normally buy the same items every trip there. This specific day the total had jumped up 3.00 according to what I normally pay.
When ask about the prices going up, She answered in a rude manner.
I will continue to visit Captain D because it is one of my favorite places

Went for lunchbreak about 2 pm, and was pleasantly surprised that the table area where I ate and the restroom was clean. My food arrived quickly and correctly, and cashier was polite. This is much better than my experiences at the location near UAB.
