Worst subway I've ever been to. Gave me a cold Chicken bacon ranch and didn't care to fix their mistake as they put the cold meat on my bread.

Employees are terrible with customer service. Kept asking what bread me and my family wanted over and over again. Put it in the toaster but was still cold. The place was disgusting. They don’t clean the mats or anything. Unnecessary attitude. When we finished and said thank you the lady said mhmm. And my lettuce was brown like it had been sitting there for a while. Subway needs to hire people who care.

Sorry service rude associate,not clean. I had to tell her to wash her hands and then she gets mad at me and was disrespectful to my wife. You have bad reviews so why isn't anything done. Never eat here again. We walked out before the sub was made because she kept running her mouth telling us she has worked there a long time and she knows what she is doing Never again.

Poor service. Cashier didn’t know how to ring up a coupon and cursed me out because she didn’t know her job. This restaurant need to hire people who are willing to work and know how to respect people, especially people who are old enough to be their parents. I will never spend another dime at this establishment. Please hire people with good customer service manners. I only rated 1 in order to leave a review, otherwise you get a 0.

I have worked at Subway. I understand the etiquette of customer service and "foodside manners." There were multiple things wrong with my experience at this restaurant.
1. Server was not wearing a name tag.
2. Server repeatedly asked multiple customers to wait, which would not have been a problem if she had been kind about it.
3. Sandwich artist was huffy, frustrated, and was inattentive.
4. She slammed pans of bread around, rolled her eyes, ignored requests for certain vegetables and sauces to be taken off or not put on.
5. Did not give any opportunity for other items to be purchased.
6. Impatient, complained about her job on multiple occasions.
7. Did not smile, thank us, or say a word to us outside of asking what we wanted and complaining or telling us our total.
8. Pretended not to know what a cookie platter was or how to make one, despite literally preparing to make one for another customer. I know she knows what they are because Subway University teaches you all about it before you ever make your first sandwich.
9. Very rude, did not want to work, did not care about her work, and did not care about the customers in front of or behind us.
10. Bread was stale, and she ripped it in several places, but ignored requests for a more savory loaf.
11. Repeatedly got our orders wrong. And she sighed and huffed every time we tried to fix the order.
We visited at about 3:20 to 4:14 on December 18, 2019. I was with my brother and my father. Brother was wearing his army uniform, I was wearing a black and whit striped shirt, and my dad wore a baseball cap. Check the cameras and please speak to your employee about her treatment of customers.
Subway Corporate, please do not let people like her be your sandwich artists.

This subway don't deserve a star. If I could I'd give them a negative 5. Came here last night around 8pm and tried to order but was told they didn't have steak, white bread and was about to get told they didn't even have ranch sauce. Wanted to pay with a 10 dollar bill and then was told they didn't even have change. Came back today with a co-worker and now they dont have guacamole. whoever this worker is talked very rudely to an older gentlemen who was just trying to order a sandwich. Overall it's pretty bad.
