I'm giving it a two on the food because the wings were good, but the service sucked. the pizza came out wrong. The server did not care at all. The veggies on top were halfway cooked, and the wait was long. The people behind us got up and left because they were there longer than we were, I will definitely not be going back, definitely not worth the wait or price

Pizza was great, service good but slow and there was an abundance of flys. That being said we are on a beach with 1000% Humidity. The prices re very reasonable.

After a 12.5 hour drive down to the island, we arrived at our rental house and called in an order to feed 9 people. The person who took our order was very nice and helpful and although they were very busy they got our food ready within an hour which was not bad for a Saturday night! My sister and BIL picked up the order and while they were there waiting to pick it up they spoke with the owner who was very nice and personable. The pizza, garlic knots, and cheese bread were all fresh and delicious! First time trying them and we will be back!

Based on the ratings, we ordered this while on vacation. The delivery was lightening fast, the driver was nice, and the food was very hot!

The Pirate knots were great, but the pizzas were average, at best. The cheese & toppings were fine, but the crust has little flavor, and the pizza sauce tastes more like a canned tomato paste or spaghetti sauce. It's really bland. On the other hand, the marinara sent with the knots was good.

Gave them two stars for the fast delivery and the good Pirate knots, but took off 3 for the bland pizza and being overpriced. Island or not, including the standard 20% tip, my order was $64 . . . a little much for two large pizza and some knots.

We stopped in for a super late lunch. I wasn’t expecting NY style pizza or anything but this was convenient and we were very hungry. The tables, floor, booth seats and bathrooms were filthy. We should’ve left but my youngest was so hungry that I couldn’t bear to do that.

The pizza was not good. It was tough, hard and overloaded with cheese. I can’t believe I’m saying that…I love cheese but this was just way too much.

The garlic knots were pretty good. My daughter liked those.

I’m sure there are other places around to get a decent pizza. I’d rather have spent $60 on snacks at Circle K.

Stopped in here recently during our annual vacation to Gulf Shores. After the very hot ride on the ferry, the air conditioning at Pirate's Pizza and Wings was a more than welcome refresher. If you'd asked me then, I would have told you I was content.

And then we ate the food and it got even better.

The pizza was amazing. The wings were some of the best I've ever had. And the service was stellar. Our waiter was very attentive and courteous and even the girl that cashed us out was friendly.

After our experience there, I can assure you that getting pizza from Pirate's Pizza and Wings will forever be on our list of things we must do whenever we visit Gulf Shores.

The lady that took the order on the phone was very kind and professional, when i picked it up i was greeted immediately. The Pizza and wings were great!

I'm giving 4 stars for the pizza. It was the only thing good about this place. Alot of others wrote how good the wings are, so I thought I would give them a try. They were not good at all. The music was loud and not what was expected out to eat. It's like we were at a concert waiting in line for our fast food. We placed an order and 1 and a half hrs later it was brought to us. Others that came in after us received their food before we did. We chose this place because it was the only place left open after 8pm. We will eat here again but we won't be dining in.
