This store is in Citronelle Al.
The young lady taking my order & money was great.her name was agusta if i remember correctly.

They were out of tea which is why i stopped there. I love mcdonalds sweet tea.

The lady at the second window appologized and said flat out. No one made it is why there was non to serve.

The original crispy chicken sand was cooked good, real tender & moist.

But the new pickeks are not to my liking at all.
I also didnt realize it came with no condiments. I was at the drive thru so by time i noticed i was out of luck.

Whom ever designed the drive thru much have thought it was for tricycles or something.
Its pretty much imposiable to get from the ordering area and 1st window to pay and be able to reach the window inless you are in a very small vehicle.. which i was not.

Im disabled so didnt want to have to go in.

The cashier reached way out to make our exchange.

The only reason I don't give this McDonald's five stars it's simply because it's a McDonald's as far as independent franchises I would have to say that this german-owned franchise is among the best that I've seen. Service is extraordinarily fast and accuracy of the orders is second to none. Although I don't particularly care much for McDonald's food... I sometimes find myself in the position where it's the most convenient thing at hand. And it's in those moments that I'm glad they are independent franchises like this one!

Came there a little before they closed…no service at all. We pulled up to the second window after sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a person to come onto the speaker-com. A lady stared at us, gave us a dirty look and walked away, ignoring us. Other workers were out front after we left. Kinda disappointing since they work for a highly-known food joint.

Never known McDonald's to skip customers and walk past them when they aren't working on anything. Let alone the fact I've never known McDonald's to take 30mins to make a chicken sandwich and a smoothie but quick on their feet to give a refund.

absolutely the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. walked in and an employee was leaned over the front counter on her phone, service was incredibly slow, the bathrooms were filthy. all of our food was smooshed in the bag. as a manager of mcdonald’s in a different state this is completely unacceptable and would never recommend coming here. you are better off at hardee’s down the road

This has to be the nastiest place I have ever stopped by. The employees there was not trained properly and had very bad manners. I never will stop there again even if I was starving.

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger w/extra pickles value meal for my daughter and myself to share. I should have looked before I pulled off. They forgot the meat patties.... not off one but BOTH CHEESEBURGERS À ????u200d♀️????u200d♀️???????????????? Come on Citronelle.... I don't even get THAT SIDETRACKED

Check your food before you leave because there are probably some things missing. Ice cream machine wasn't working but what's new there for a McDonalds, haha. Food was good once we finally got it all sorted out
