Im done. Im just done. I’ll never go back to this place. They seem nice but everything else sucks. I stop by every morning for breakfast since we opened a new business here in town. The other day they forgot my oatmeal, they forget cream and sugar for my coffee all the time or put it inside when I ask for it on the side. They always forget condiments. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes instead of three hotcakes they gave me three McGirl buns. They replaced the three hotcakes this morning, but I also ordered a chicken biscuit combo. And I ask for mustard that I did not receive again but on top of that the chicken is literally burnt. I am not exaggerating you guys. I will post the pictures below check it out. So now I get to eat a dry biscuit on top of it being burnt. Never, never, never again. I will be going elsewhere for breakfast every day. 7 days a week. See how much that adds up to be. $12-$16 dollars a day times 7 days a week ????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️ Good job guys! $84-$119 a week loss

As with any McDonalds, the menu is the same as elsewhere but the service and quality of heated food served stands apart with some locations. This location is very clean and has one of the nicest interiors I have seen. Even the bathrooms were clean. Kudo's to management and your team, you do your employer proud. The food was served quick and the temperature was spot on! Keep up the good work.

With nobody but employees inside, I ordered 2 shakes and 2 sundaes. Took them about 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. After ordering, it took 10 minutes or more to get my order. I almost left to go somewhere else to get what I wanted it took so long. Oh, and my order cost $15.00 or more. WWWWAAAAAAYYYYYY overpriced. The location hasn't seen a thorough cleaning inside and outside in what appeared to be 10 years by my estimate. I would say the service and experience was a complete FAILURE.

We used the drive thru at the McDonald's Childersburg location this morning. Amy was was working alone and handling it like a champion. With so many employees not taking their jobs seriously she should be commended for her attitude and work ethic! Great job Ms. Amy!!

Not the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in but pretty close. The service is absolutely HORRIBLE and it’s a crapshoot getting what you ordered. Then it’s like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for what you actually ordered! I would just shut it down if I couldn’t do any better than this.. Just pitiful

Every single time I go it takes half an hour to 45 minutes no matter how small the order… you could get an icecream cone and you could be sitting there an hour so I decided to pre order and pick up and that took even longer. So today I did McDonald’s delivery I got 2 burgers and a fry and it took 2 hours. My order is also almost always missing something or it’s not even my orders this is the worst customer service anyone could ever receive they need to hire all new staff and get everyone out of there this place is trash.

Old food being sold ; nuggets were hard , fries were hard , last time I will ever visit McDonalds anywhere . I was warned about them in a nutrition class . If my wasn’t sick and needed something on her stomach; I would wouldn’t have gone there then . This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had with food quality , and poor attitude by employees. I’m sure they won’t miss my money.
