They refused to fix my order for this so called Philly cheesesteak LOADED tots. The manager said she made it herself and she made it correctly! And my pizza was cold!

Friendly Staff and always stands up for mistake and food is better than many of the Domino's I know. God Bless this establishment. May their business grow and be a blessing to the area. God please protect the workers and everyone who contributes to this endeavor. Amen.

Great Place, showed up with high demands and they were eager to complete every request and then some. A last minute large order in the mist of the lunch rush, and they got it down 15 minutes faster than I requested. It was awesome! Great team there, and food came out great. Guys were very happy with the pizza and cheese sticks.

The general manager here is horrible. Does not return customer calls. Does not deal with customer complaint. Refuses to give any refunds. I've been having issues with this place for over a month for $100 order.
Customer service has totally went out the window. It's sad that you get mistreated and talked down to when you complain about the service here and orders being inaccurate.
I definitely recommend going to Sylacauga. I would like to be contacted by John hall.

my boyfriend ordered a pizza for us to eat for dinner and we went to pick it up, went home and got ready to eat. i picked up a piece of pizza and took a bite, it was really good and i went to take another bite and i looked down and there was a fly cooked into that slice of pizza. so i called the store and told them about the situation in a nice way and they didn’t even care at all that there was a fly cooked into the pizza, all they said is ok we’ll remake it and had an attitude while talking to me. the fly isn’t the problem here, it’s how they handled it and didn’t care at all.

First off the food here sucks & if it wasn’t the only place that would delivery to my job, I would have choose some where else. But considering the circumstances, I had no choice but to eat from this garbage place. The employees are underpaid which causes them to hate there job. Which results in BAD performance. On top of that the food wasn’t even cooked all the way. Would not recommend eating here if it was a 0-5 stars this place would definitely get a 0.

Ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni pizza, garlic knots and cheese dip, and cinnamon twists. Literally the best pizza meal I've had. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Thanks Domino's.
