I bought a camp in frankville all pipes frozen,was told to go to ace hardware in chatom,probably the most friendly and helpful people I have dealt with in a long time, super clean and nice store

Stopped in there yesterday. My husband sent me and I had little to no clue what I needed. Every employee immediately said hello and they were all over the place finding what I needed. I showed one gentleman a picture of the issue and he took the time to put together the pipe and fittings to make sure I had everything. The cashier even wiped down a product before bagging it because it was dusty! ???? You certainly do not find that kind of service in big box stores! Lovely experience, will certainly be coming back!

Its always a great place for anything you need. If they don't have what you need, they will look it up for you. Even give you a price and when they can have it there. They all know thier stuff there, and don't mind helping you.
