I have been coming to this restaurant sense it opened 30+ years ago. When I go thru the drive thru my order has never been right. Stopped by tonight I ordered a Conecuh dog mustard only and the girl at the window came back and ask if I wanted onions and peppers and I said no mustard only scrap the onions and peppers off she said there not on it yet. My wife ordered a chili dog onions onions only and she got a chili dog with chili and mustard no onions. I got a conecuh dog loader with onions and peppers no mustard. This has nothing to do with Covid just people don’t care. Judy you need to ride by and make an order and see for yourself what your employees are doing to your business. It’s not good a waste of money for you and me.

Good food.. love their bama bacon cheese burgers. They always have different employees but from what I can tell they seem somewhat friendly.

I come every month or 2 from England to visit my Mum close by,it's great and the ladies know how to set up everything for her. She loves their tomato gravy and biscuits every morning that I'm in town. They also do a nice greasy grilled cheese. Cheers to each of them.????????????????????????????????

This post might be a little long probably out of the ordinary. I wanted to point out a few things for a little restaurant in a small town with not many places to go I didn't expect the customer service that I received. A little something went wrong with my order although they were extremely busy it wasn't that big of a deal the fact that I got extremely great customer service is in fact a big deal. Even though there was in such a rush at the moment I was there I was taken care of by the assistant manager this little lady was extremely nice and very polite would taking care of my order. As an acting assistant manager she showed great leadership and customer service. Thank you Miss at the Chatham wish I had gotten your name to put in this review. it is because of you and the way you treated me that I was happy to eat my meal there and I will be back very soon..

Best biscuits in Washington County, bar none!! Hamburgers are very good also. Came in 5 minutes before closing and still receiving good service as usual..also they have a very good Pulled Pork sandwiches...

The girl behind the counter took ten minutes just to acknowledge us. It was not busy. Scalding hot tater tots should not be put in a Styrofoam cup.. burger was burnt and service was horrible. There's not much to eat in this little town but avoid this place.

Those pancakes, O my. Just wasn't enough of that good syrup they have. I enjoyed what I could eat with the little syrup. Yet I have a swallowing problem, so the extra, extra syrup was necessary. I love them tho
