Came to get some dinner at 6:20 pm on July 3rd… they ignored me at the door. Why close at 6:20 pm? They aren’t supposed to close til 9pm. Losing business already…

I just left this establishment I ordered 2 salads and they barely put any vegetables in the salad and the lettuce was brown! Subway is supposed to be eat fresh this was not fresh the cucumbers looked old it was the worst salad I have ever got from subway

I walked in Thursday 8/19/21 and was very happy to see our sandwich artist working. Thank you Evan Delay for another perfectly made and delicious wrap. Everyone at this store is very nice but Evan is a sandwich artist

I went here with my family and the staff was rude and the price was ridiculous! My husband got a stake melt and they put it on regular bread and toasted it just like a typical sub but CHARGRD him for it to be toasted, they don't honor any of the subway coupons and they put very little meat on the sandwich. I will not be back along with any of my family, they would rather drive out of the way to jasper than go back!

Good evening,

The local Subway located in Carbon Hill Al, 35549 hours of operation States they are open until 8pm. I arrived 10 mins until 8pm and they already had the doors locked! I would appreciate it if they was actually open for the hours of operation states on the door! We do not have many option to eat around this small town so once again, the hours of operation isn't correct! If they are going to close early it needs to be stated on the doors where the hours of operation says! You can not run a successful store when the younger employees do not run it correct! This needs to be addressed by the Manager and Regional Manager! If they can not fix the issue it needs to be exultated up to the district Manager! Once again, this is poor management!

Subway@Carbon Hill "ALWAYS" gets my order right. Employee's are friendly& they usually get our order in about 15 mins...or less. I get the steak & cheese on parmesan bread heated or the meatball sub????yummy! Thanks Maybre u did good!
