When you hear a grown man tell someone they won’t write the drive through lady up for being rude due to the fact he thought the young child in the drive through was stupid, doesn’t sit well. As for the lady in the drive through, customer service is key, if you don’t understand someone through the intercom it’s not that hard to have them pull through and order at the window so you mess their order up.

Then you walk into the lobby and you can see that it hasn’t been cleaned. And when the people clear out, no one comes to clean. I’ve been here for over a half an hour and no one cleaned up yet.

I really enjoyed coming to this exact jacks over the years but it’s has become by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been in. Simply because of customer service.

Went in to grab lunch, and the service was superb. The shake was so thick (delicious). The bun was a little hard on the side, the fries were fresh and hot. This location has truck parking. It says No dropped trailers, but there were plenty there. This is my second time eating Jack's, hasn't disappointed yet.

There were a bunch of teenagers working. But, they got they food out pretty quickly and it was good! Hot and fresh!

If there was any other drive thru fast food establishment in town this place would be shutdown. It's the worst place I've ever been. It doesn't matter how many times people complain because they are the only game in town

I came through the drive thru an ordered a single biscuit and gravy after a long 12 hour shift at work I get home and the plastic fork they gave me wouldn't even go through the biscuit, I got a metal fork and also wouldn't go through the biscuit it was literally harder than a rock so as for me no more breakfast at jacks in carbon hill al..

I asked at the menu board if they had a certain pie, they said yes. I waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes before I got to the window and they tell me they don't have the flavor. Asked if I wanted the other kind, which I dont eat. I just didn't want her to struggle on giving my change back. The lie I didn't want was already in my bag. They had plenty of time to cook more pies. My chicken sandwich was cold too.

I gave 1 star for atmosphere because as I was leaving the drive thru, a man was standing behind a car trying to wave me down. I was a woman alone, at night. Made me feel very unsafe.
