I needed a hotel close to Toxey Alabama. I was in the city for a show. I was able to reserve a room last minute. The housekeeper allowed me to see the room prior to reserving it. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed a peaceful evening after my show. The staff were very polite and hospitable.

Yes very large rooms. I need a desk and that set up was great.
Yes, great bar/ kitchenette set up. I only stayed one night but you could stay longer with this set up

I travel all over the states working shutdowns and every year we go to Pennington Al. there’s very little places to choose from and most aren’t suitable. The mason in butler was by far the best thing and we will be staying there every time my company goes there. I just wish I would have known about them years ago.

The MASON DOWNTOWN has been my go-to place for about 2years now. As stated in my previous review, it’s perfect! When making reservations or making changes, the young lady is always pleasant, like she’s looking forward to my arrival ????!

The room, service and staff exceeded all expectations I thought was possible with a hotel. I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay while out of town for work. Thank y’all so much for the hospitality!

I loved this place, the customer service was top tier! It was clean with friendly staff, I only wish they had smart tv instead of regular cable, other than that, I wouldn’t choose anything else in this area!

Best hotel in the area for sure. Location is great. It is an older building but not bad. The room was also clean and neat. I will definitely stay there again. My biggest complaint is the floors. The floor in our room was solft and the floor above was noisy. Someone walking above was so loud we thought they were comeing through the floor. The room was a musty when we first got there. We turned on the ac to as cold as it would go and it smelled fine when we got back from dinner. I did have 1 safty issue (i didn't see it until we were leaving) the smoke detector was missing. My final problem is the city's not the hotels (i think) the water was dirty. When i ran my daughters bath water it was cloudy. Over all its not a bad hotel and would be great with some building repairs.

The lady who booked my reservation went above and beyond. The 2 bedroom duplex was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and more. Clean and quaint.. in a good area! Could have stayed for much longer.
