Today was my first time ever visiting you this location and let me tell you I had a wonderful experience from talking to the produce associate Chris, to speaking to Cody about some produce that wasn't so favorable to the eye but none-the-less everything was handily in a timely and professional manner to even checking out with Michael he made sure that everything was scanned and correctly price I definitely appreciate him go above and beyond to make sure that our final transaction with the store was wonderful. But the downfall that I had was from leadership Kevin, Kevin Kane and approach the situation not so professionally at a customer standpoint Michael apparently scan the deli chicken twice and he wanted to make sure that the customer was not charged twice and like I said greatly appreciated. Kevin took it as if we didn't even want it at all and that was not the case I felt as if he was rushing through the process and and did not take empathy very well for new sales associate but nevertheless will return thank you all for a great visit

I love this store, but they have no clue how to steam fish in the seafood area they've butchered my salmon 3 times, and I refuse to try it again. That's a waste of time and money. Some serious training needs to take place asap. The first time it happened, there was a lady helping me and I told her what I wanted she began to wrap it in plastic then put it in the microwave, and I reiterated "ma'am I want it steamed please" she then proceeded to tell me" I don't even work in this area" which was understandable then she said, "you can come back here and do it yourself" which was extremely rude and disrespectful but I knew that she was frustrated and she appeared to be lost so I didn't press the issue.

I went to this location today because I wanted to catch the salad bar. It wasn't stocked and so I ask the young lady behind the Deli..She was from a other department and was just helping them out but still she was very eager to help out as much as she could. The male who I assume the job of stocking said that it would take a minute before he could tend to it. He didn't seem like he really wanted to be bothered. However I've worked in Customer service and just chalked it up to him being overworked and a bit frustrated. Anywho I went to find a manager to help them out. She was already helping her cashiers but she didn't hesitate to come see what I needed after she was done. The nice young lady I encountered first was looking for me so that they could give me some toppings from the deli.

I wrote this to say. Although they were short staffed they still wanted to make sure I had gotten what I came for. If you go to this location and feel ignored have some patience and compassion because it isn't because they don't want your shopping experience to be excellent. They just need more bodies.

To be honest, because this Publix is right down the street, I go because it is convenient. Do I think they are a bit pricey? Yes, but there are always nice people working here, not something I can say about every Publix store. This store has the nicest lady working in the Deli. Super friendly and very personable.

They are so sweet and friendly there. I live in the Centerpoint area but have to go that direction every morning and I’d actually like that location than my own. Always thumbs up for them even on a bad day.
