The food was good. They had a wonderful young African American lady who checked on us the entire time we were there. Chic-Fil-A never disappoints. If they have a bad day, you would never know it. Send me to Chick-fil-A University!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chic-fil-A In this location, and I must say that my experience was truly outstanding, all thanks to an exceptional employee named Jackson. From the moment I walked in, Jackson's warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer.

My family and I don't like the idea of the new pimento cheese/chicken sandwich, because we don't like pimento cheese. We would much rather have COLESLAW to put on our chicken sandwiches. We would also like to be able to go to Chick-fil-A and buy a CHICKEN SALAD sandwich. Dessert? It's chocolate or nothing. No lemon, strawberry, etc. I'm not talking about milkshakes. How about Blonde Brownies or something strawberry? Maybe LEMON PIE like the delicious pie you used to serve? Breakfast? Bring back the wonderful OATMEAL we all enjoyed so much. Mac and cheese is a fad food. How about a marinated potato salad or marinated coleslaw? Also, It would be so nice to go to CFA just once and buy a "plate" of something.

If I could give zero stars I would. Sat in a space past the window because my large tea and gallon of tea were not ready. I sat for 20 minutes. When my order was finally delivered to my car (18 other cars had been helped) all the employee said was “There was a mix up inside”. Next time I’ll drive to Hoover- it will be faster.

i went around 10:30 and ordered the chicken sandwich and it tasted old. extremely disappointed in y'all. and not to mention i asked for a plain chicken sandwich and it had pickles on it after i asked multiple times for none. will definitely not be returning to this location.

I love this chick fil a , it's literally 3-5 mins away from my house and even if they get one thing wrong they make up for it in a big way. I love their customer service, ❤️❤️❤️ If you join their app, you will get great rewards. Anything you chose.

My kids want to eat here all the time. They love the food. The service is really unmatched even for more expensive restaurants. We will continue to show up weekly!

I bought 2 chicken biscuit meals. I was very disappointed in the chicken biscuit. The biscuit was very short with oil and it tasted like the oil was going rancid. The chicken was very thin and was not very flavorful. I have always enjoyed Chick-fil-A. Never had a disappointing experience with their food or service until this visit. Service was excellent as always, especially at drive thru. They have drive thru down to a fine science just like inside service.
