This Winn-Dixie looks really good since its remodel. I love shopping here and I really love the refreshed look. The employees are always friendly and now they added self checkout but I wish all 4 of the self checkouts took cash and cards. I couldn’t help but to take a few pictures of the store to show off how good it looks and encourage my friends to shop at Winn-Dixie. They are always stocked with merchandise and they have the best meats because they are the beef people. I really encourage everyone to visit the Bessemer Winn-Dixie to shop great deals and get fresh quality on everything.

This is one of the few Winn Dixie's still operational. They are definitely my hometown supermarket. Always friendly and quick to help you with anything you may need

I stopped in at Winn Dixie to pick up a prescription and it was a good experience. No hassle at all. The pharmacist was able to answer all my questions regarding the medicine and it only cost me 15 dollars. I am thankful for that. I give this visit 5 thumbs up ????????????????????.

Yet another store I used to love but now every single time I go in there I have to go find another grocery store because they don't have what I need and don't keep things stocked well at all. Might as well just never even try this store anymore if I have to go way out of my way every time anyway to find what I need

I have been shopping at this Winn Dixie steady since 2009. The fresh look is great but the staff not so much anymore. It never looks like there is a real manager on staff. Ever since Jeff left it seems like there is no other manager of the store. I went in there the other day and was using self checkout. Something did not ring up the right price. Instead of bothering the staff about the price, I figured I would just take it off of my bill. I pressed the help button, after waiting quite a while this guy comes flying over. He does not say a word to me. He starts punching in numbers and just runs off. He comes walking by me again and I said hi, I didn't get the help I need. His response...Join the club. How unprofessional and rude. He then goes to take the item off of my bill but does not know how. He voids the whole transaction and I have to unbag my groceries and start over again. My last item did not ring up the sales price. I tell him this and he seems annoyed and says he has to go check. He comes back and tells me the tag is expired. I do not work for Winn Dixie and do not have to check tags for dates. He starts punching buttons again and gives me the sales price. Then he just walked away. His name was Ben. He was rude, took forever and I just did not appreciate any of it. They opened a brand new beautiful Publix right on the other side of Morgan Rd. It's the same distance for me as this Winn Dixie. I'm just going to go there from now on. Publix knows good customer service.

So so man. Good deals but cashier's laughed at me when I was trying to count my change and figure out why I had a counterfeit dollar bill. Ain't been in since. Peace out.

Cheapest meat in four counties. And if you use the app coupons and the kiosk coupons. You will save a massive amount of money.
