While waiting for my order I watched the employee working the drive-thru apparently more concerned about the juice box she was holding to her mouth by biting the straw then processing orders with any speed.

My order was to go and sadly the temperature at best was room temperature.

I gave it a 3 stars because corporate should be ashamed on how the store has been without air for months. I work in the area and when I come the customer service is always good and my food be great but no worker should have to work in those conditions. I always see they’re in need of employees but after working in that condition, I wouldn’t work there long either.

Ok, not gonna lie but since that impossible burger, I've been nervous about eating at BK. So, it's been a year and I wanted onion rings, they did not let me down! Best onion rings with that real whopper! ????

Ordered online for pick up, got there inside stood inline waited for my food. People who came in after me where getting served before me. I asked what was the hold up i was told to just “be patient” very aggressively. The two men on backline where clearly high out of their mind and thought the situation was funny definitely not spending money here ever again. No one had a name tag on so i can say who it was but my visit was on 4/20 at lunch time

I asked for Spicy Chicken Sandwich
When I got my order the burger looked like a whole mess. It was cold
Inside the burger looked bad sauce all over it and the wrapper all stained of sauce
Burger wasn’t made correctly
Looks gross

Why does Google say yall close at midnight but yet the employees close before 11pm?? Now I've got orders that come thru doordash and uber eats that I now have to go back and tell them that yall are closed when it says yall are open?? Yall used to be the king when yall were giving out the video games back in the day and your food was actually good. Now it's just going downhill like the rest of society. What a shame BK. Do better

Food took a bit too long to come out but the employees were extremely kind. I would recommend because this is my first experience here and I don't doubt the next time will be an even better experience.

It appears that this store is closed. Waited at the drive thru no one greeted me or the cars ahead of me. Drive passed the drive up window no one there. Looked like two workers we sitting in the dining room but who knows. If the store is closed sign’s should be posted!! Wasted part of my lunch half hour!!
