This is a newly opened Applebee's, it opened on May 29, 2023. The staff is new and eager to please. I was seated and served quickly by a friendly waitress. The ribeye was done just as ordered and tasted fantastic, the broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes are great compliments.
Yes, I will go there again.

Food was very vey good everything was seasoned very good and the waitress was nice and made sure we had everything we needed her service was very very good I will be coming more I think her name was Aesha!!

Atmosphere was great! It was a big shock when I stepped inside! I knew my eyes was so big like I never seen a restaurant before.... Lol. It was a great improvement!
I got there chocolate truffle cake and vanelia ice cream that came with it. So good! I ate good and now it's telling on me. Good food!!

Everything was great from start to finish. Our server Claire was very patient and friendly to us, making sure we had everything we needed.

I’ve been here 1 1\2 hours. 3 tables came in after us. They got their appetizer and salads and we had to get a manager to go get our salads and appetizer. Still no food. All 3 tables received their food and I still have none. Fun fact, all three other tables got the wrong food not what they ordered. 2 subsequent swaps and still its wrong. Get 2 nd manager. Offers 60% off on our meal , what meal, still don’t have our order. All 3 other tables have now finished eating their wrong food, gotten a go box, and left. All the while a couple who was sitting next to us are still waiting on breadsticks and drinks. Do not go to Bessemer Applebees. Go to Chic fil-A or Bob Sykes. At least you’ll get food not 50% off of nothing. You have been Warned.

Outstanding experience! Every single person working at this location was very positive and professional. Our server was wonderful, and very attentive. The manager Jamie stopped by our table to see how we were doing, and visited with us. I was leaving the restroom and one of the staff was coming in, she held the door open for me as I left. When we left the restaurant, other wait staff thanked us for visiting. The boneless wings were delicious! And the fries were really good as well. The location was very clean as well. Highly recommend!

I was there eating in person 2 weeks ago. Food service was great. Today we ordered 2 chicken oriental salads to go. Ordered dressing on the side. Got home (25) miles away. Get home, no chicken on either, no bread on either, very little lettuce, mostly carrots and cabbage ans swimming in dressing. We left a message on phone earlier and if we don't receive call and apologies I will let. All of my folks know. We eat out in that area every Sunday
